Post 21C - Under “Manage Planning Attribute”, the “Source Attribute Reference” LOV is coming Null (Doc ID 2805782.1)

Symptoms

After 21C Update, under “Manage Planning Attribute” the user reported that “Source Attribute Reference” LOV is null and not able to select any values for “Global” and “Standard” Attributes

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Setup & Deploy DFF under "Manage Descriptive Flexfields"
2. Verify the DFF in the work area like Work Order Header
3. Log into the planning application and click on the Task ‘Manage Planning Attributes" in Plan Inputs work area
4. Create a planning attribute and then click on add in Define Planning attribute mapping
5. Select work order as collection entity from source, and Work order header as entity additional details
6. Global and Standard options are not displayed for selection in Source attribute reference

 

 

The Collection Job Set will also Error out at "Planning Attribute" Extract Entity with below Error:

Extract Oracle Fusion Entity ESS process for collections is failing with following error.

MSC_PIMORG_GT lv_stale_stats = 0

MSC_PIMORG_GT After Gather Stats lv_stale_stats = 0

MSC_TRANSORG_GT lv_stale_stats = 0

MSC_TRANSORG_GT After Gather Stats lv_stale_stats = 0

Is Project-Driven Supply Chain enabled = 1

Is Attribute-Based Planning enabled = 1

The Extract Oracle Fusion Entity process started for entity PLANNING_ATTRIBUTE_VALUES with refresh number 15001.
