On Subscription Management Billing Summary, For the Usage Bill Line, after the Line is Interfaced with Interface Flag is 'Y', we are able to update the Usage Quantity.

Would like to understand, Is it Valid to have Usage Quantity be updatable upon Bill Line Interfaced?
