ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Imported Subscription Management (OSS) contracts not flowing to RMCS via standard integration

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Imported Subscription Management (OSS) contracts should interface to RMCS via standard integration

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import the OSS contract '1-KAM11-117230' in subscription management.
2. Verify the OSS contract on UI. It is active.
3. Run the ESS job 'Send Subscription Revenue Information to Oracle Revenue Management Cloud'. Job is not picking data for this contract to import into VRM tables.
