Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, Receivables

When attempting to close the jun-21 period,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The code combination ID -1 isn't a valid account.
The accounting date 27-JUN-21 isn't in an open or a future enterable period.
Details: If the accounting date is incorrect, review the accounting date source
Complete assignment in the journal entry rule set. Modify the journal entry rule set or the source value if needed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. close the jun-21 period

Changes

User is trying to run the purge tax transaction process with different selection criteria and getting below different failure logs:

Start of  process_purge
Transaction table purge start
No data purged from transaction tables
Reason : No eligible unaccounted transactions identified from transaction tables for batch: with event class : 
Transaction table purge end
End of  process_purge

Interface table purge start
No data purged from interface tables
Reason : No eligible transactions identified from interface tables for batch: with event class : 
Interface table purge end
End of  process_purge

Transaction table purge start
No data purged from transaction tables
Reason : No eligible unaccounted transactions identified from transaction tables for batch: with event class : SALES_TRANSACTION
Transaction table purge end
