Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Billing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Subscription Management approval flow is not working properly and the user is not getting any notification.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The user should receive an approval notification.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Activate subscription.
2. See subscription status as pending approval.
