Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, REST/Web Services

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
system displays record with null value for "Effective Date"
system displays record with null value for "Amendment Reason"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
system must display correct value for "Effective Date" (2021-09-28 for this scenario)
system must display correct value for "Amendment Reason" (TERM_INCREASE for this scenario)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Log into application
Navigator>Subscription Management
Query the subscription record
click the product: Test1
Drill down
Click subtab: Relationship

Relationship: Amended From
Related Subscription: OSS1
Related Line: Test2
Effective Date: blank
Amendment Reason:blank

System displays record with null value for "Effective Date"
System displays record with null value for "Amendment Reason"
