Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Setup

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Subscription Approvals are not going to approval group

Approval rules are created and subscription are not routed as per approval group attached to approval rule

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Approval should go to the approval group assigned to the corresponding approval rule.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit subscription for approval
2. Check the approval group assigned > It is different than what is setup in the rules.
