Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Receipt accounting has taken conversion rate 3.988 , instead of 3.9998 [from PO distribution ]
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
There must be no issues with exchange rate changes in receipt accounting
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a Create and process the Purchase Order
b Run costing process
c Check the accounting entries from review receipt accounting distribution UI
