Symptoms
On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Functional Setup Manager
When attempting to click on download contract the following error occurs.

"We can't open xxxxxxxxx because we found a problem with its contents"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on download contract
2. Open downloaded contract
