Deep link for asset is bringing a blank page instead of querying asset in view mode.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Deep link will navigate to page and will query the asset used in link in a view only mode.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use the below deep link
https://xxxxx.xx.xxx.oraclecloud.com/fndSetup/faces/deeplink?objType=ORA_CSE_ASSET&action=EDIT&objKey=AssetNumber=<asset_number>
2. Login with using having 'Maintenance Technician' Role
3. Access the deep link.
4. See a blank page
