Web Service Page not working for ERP and SCM Cloud Application



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator-> Configuration-> Enter into the sandbox-> tool-> select App Composer
2. in the application field-> select ERP and SCM Cloud Application
3. From Common Setup-> select Web Services-> Blank page is coming and applications gets hanged after this
