TCV Is Not Updating After Importing Bill Lines (Doc ID 2829050.1)

Symptoms


TCV is not updating after importing bill lines.

We have done importing of bill lines via "Import Management" tool. But it has been noticed that TCV is not reflecting after importing those bill lines at both of the subscription header and product level.

As per business requirement, TCV should reflect in that subscription contract at both level according to those imported bill lines. Even we have also noticed that subscription is getting activated without any TCV.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create subscription
2. Import bill lines
3. Check Total Contract Value
