On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Authoring
The Customer Contact entered in the Subscription Creation is Invalid when used in the Customer Contact Field for the Summary Overview page
When creating a Subscription, a customer contact value is entered in the Create Subscription
Then when selecting or entering that same customer contact on the contact field of the Overview page, an error is thrown for an Invalid value during the Subscription validation.
Users have to remove the contact value in the Overview page in order to proceed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Subscription and add a value under the 'Contact Name' field
2. Click Save and Continue
3. On the Overview page, observe the Contact Name being 'empty'
4. On the Overview page try to select or enter a contact that was entered in the Create Subscription page
5. Then when Subscription validates, an error is thrown for an Invalid value.
