Import Management Not Considering Sequence Number While Importing Subscription Product Charge Adjustment Data (Doc ID 2830934.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Import

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cannot import Subscription Charge Adjustment in correct order

Customer would like to import Subscription Charge Adjustment in correct order.

Customer import csv file which has correct sequence number.

For example, here is the csv file
1 100,000 Price Override
2 1,000 Discount Amount

However, the data was imported
1 1,000 Discount Amount
2 100,000 Price Override

Could you please investigate the root cause and workaround?

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Data should be imported in following sequence:
1 100,000 Price Override
2 1,000 Discount Amount

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import Subscription Charge Adjustment data having more than one adjustments
2. Provide the Sequence number in random manner
3. Import the data
