Transaction to be recorded only in Primary Ledger

There is a requirement that a transaction while passing through custom Application(Event Class) in AHCS need to be recorded in Primary Ledger and should not flow in Secondary ledger.
Using Accounting method as 'Subledger'.
While trying to achieve this  had to create a User defined formula to convert Entered Amount to 0( from whatever the original Amount is) and then in Journal line rule(for secondary ledger JLR) this is updated in Accounting Attributes. JERS is created different for catering the requirement i.e. one JERS is attached to Primary ledger Accounting method and other JERS(Entered Amount JLR attached) is attached to Secondary Ledger Accounting Method.

Where as when need to achieve the above vice-versa( that is post only to secondary ledger and not primary ledger) Idon't need to apply above step i.e. creation of custom formula and then attaching it to JLR. Just attach the JERS to Secondary ledger Accounting Method and nothing to Primary Ledger Accounting Method.

How to change configuration so that FAH transactions will recorded only in Primary Ledger, not replicated in secondary ledger?
