Symptoms
Service request creation failed for maintenance work orders
When the user runs Create Service Work Orders for Preventive Maintenance process, it fails with the following error messages
ERROR

Error details The service catalog associated with the business unit is invalid. Contact your service administrator to resolve this issue. (SVC-5295330)
Failed service request details The service request creation failed for maintenance work orders MNT1021. Verify your setup and resubmit the scheduled process.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the Create Service Work Orders for Preventive Maintenance process with parameter:
- Maintenance Org: <enter Maint org>
- Create WO: Generic
- WO Type: Preventive
2. Review the ess details, and notice it fails with the above error messages generated in the log file
