On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Setup

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

All Subscription line items, with End Date in the past, are showing mixed statuses (On Hold, Active and Expired).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All Subscription line items, with End Date in the past should be in Expired status, as per design.
