Symptoms

After upgrading to 22A, Supplier outbound synchronisation call to third party web service fails with the below error.
The supplier record cannot be communicated due to an unexpected error.

faultName: {{http://schemas.oracle.com/bpel/extension}remoteFault}
messageType: {{http://schemas.oracle.com/bpel/extension}RuntimeFaultMessage}parts: {{ summary=<summary>oracle.fabric.common.FabricInvocationException:
Unable to invoke endpoint URI

As a result changes on supplier record cannot be communicated and synchronised with the downstream application.

 

Steps:
1. Perform any changes on the supplier
2. Make a call to a third party service configured in the Fusion Application
3. Third party web service fails with the error which cannot be communicated and synchronised with the downstream application.
