ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to add more assignees to the Negotiation approval workflow in BPM.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Able to add more assignees to the Negotiation approval workflow in BPM.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Negotiation
2. Create a Negotiation > Goes to BPM Approval flow > Task is completed
3. Unable to add any Assignee
