FA:SCM:MNT When Using FBDI WO Import, the SOURCE_HEADER-REF and SOURCE_LINE_REF Fields Are Not Being Updated

When using FBDI Download Maintenance Work Order Import, the following fields are not updated (no error is generated):
SOURCE_HEADER_REF & SOURCE_LINE_REF
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1:Download Maintenance Work Order Import template:
2:-Prepare Data conversion file & generate .csv & .zip files
3:-Upload the zip file to Oracle Cloud
4:-Login to Fusion Applications
5:-Submit the Load Interface File for Import process
6:-Submit the Work Order import job
> No error or warning generated
> Using UI to validate and notice that the two fields contain the previous (initial) value. The new updated values are not saved.
