22A Go To Rule Option does not work in BPM Worklist (Doc ID 2861317.1)

Symptoms

When user navigates to Task Configuration in BPM Worklist and tries to edit a rule by clicking on the blue diamond button, instead of "Go to Rule" submenu, the text "???TEXT_GO_TO_RULE???" appears on the top left corner of the page.

Edit Rules page does not open and page becomes unresponsive.
