Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, REST/Web Services

When attempting to Create subscription using REST API, the following error occurs.

The value of the attribute CoverageScheduleId is invalid. (OSS-6075166)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create the payload using coverageschedulename to create the subscription
2. Use REST API to create subscription
3. The error "The value of the attribute CoverageScheduleId is invalid. (OSS-6075166)" will occur.
