On : 11.13.22.01.0 version, Setup

Reprocess Install base Updates is failing with following error:

Asset product setup is invalid.

Sequence: 57127




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Product is shipped
2. Install base is created but warranty creation is errors out
