Goal

 Update of payment method in product level should create the following changes
1 Change the value of offset at the product level
2 Update the interface date on the bill lines based on offset

These changes are to be done while subscription is in active state.
1 Customer creates Subscription with immediate payment terms and billing offset "0"
2 Anytime during the subscription period the payment terms are changed to Net 45 days
3 This should change the offset to '-45'
4 And for the remaining un-interfaced bill lines, the interface date of bill lines at billing summary should change according to the offset and product
