On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Billing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a product got closed with prorated with credit at the start of the contract,Credit amount is not equal to the invoice amount for few bill lines

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When a product got closed with prorated with credit at the start of the contract,Credit amount should be equal to the invoice amount for all bill lines

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create subscription with covered levels and activate it.
2.Adjust the amount at product billing level and generate the invoice
2.Close the product with close data as start date of subscription product  with prorated with credit  method
3.Credit amount on product bill lines is not equal to  original invoice
