Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.01.0 version, REST/Web Services

ERP Cloud Groovy script invoking OIC integration failing for some users

1. user have a custom menu added to manage subscription screen called dn generate billing schedule to call OIC integration using groovy script.
2. The groovy script call is working for some users and it is NOT working for some users.
3. User for whom this is NOT working, the call in OIC is getting unathorized 401 error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use the custom button
2. Invoice OCI
3. For some user work and for others do not work and get error
