Symptoms

When user is attempting to Mark Complete a New Item Request (NIR) the users instead sees error message indicating insufficient or NULL privileges. For instance:

exception.type: ERROR exception.severity:2 exception.name: Insufficient privileges to access the task information for this task. The task must have either expired or assigned to another user. exception.description: User email@address.com cannot access the task information for task: Taskidentifier [type=ID, value=6b6c2aaa-d233-4d8d-81155-98faa1cafdc].
