Goal

Post 23A Update, the Profile Option "USE_SCALED_QUERIES" will be deprecated.

i.e. Starting with 23A the system will behave as if USE_SCALED_QUERIES is set to TRUE, even if is set to FALSE in UI.

This should not cause any negative change of product behavior or functionality, but it is theoretically possible that they will see a performance change after upgrading to 23A.

Note - USE_SCALED_QUERIES_CTO is not Deprecated and will be still available.
