ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Template Created from Scratch not Bringing in Expert Rule Questions that are 'Apply to all Templates

Issue: Expert Rule Clause Selection is selected for 'Apply to all Templates', When creating a Terms Template From scratch, the new Template brings in the Rule but not he question.

Process:

             1) Expert Rule Active with Question Condition.

             2) Template assignment is 'Apply to all templates',

             3) Created terms template from scratch (Not duplicated) in library.

             4) Navigate to Rules tab on template, can see the rules but not the questions associated to those rules.

             5) Template gets approved, Created contract, ran expert rule and the rule questions are not displayed.

Result: On the rules tab- can see the rules but not the questions associated to those rules, Template gets approved, Created contract, ran expert rule and the rule questions are not displayed.


Ask:  We would expect that all rules with template definition= 'Apply to all templates' would be assigned to any new template created whether manually or duplicated form another with their questions
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected result is: If Expert rules are created with Terms template definition= 'Apply to All templates' then whether a user creates from scratch or Duplicates an Existing template, the Rules and questions to those rules are automatically assigned to the new template.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select Expert Rule Clause Selection for 'Apply to all Templates',
2. Create a Terms Template
