Fusion CMR: Receipt Accounting Journal Reference Details Are Not Appearing When Journal Line Is Expanded (Doc ID 2892110.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users are unable to see receipt accounting journal entries in GL.  In "Review Receipt Accounting Distributions" page journal status is final and journals reference details are not showing when journal line expanded.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Journal reference details must be displayed  when journal lines are expanded.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1 Create and process the Purchase orders 
2 Account the transactions
