Amount Is Not Calculated As Expected When Subscription Start Date Is The End Of The Month (Doc ID 2894792.1)

When the start date of a subscription and product is the End of the month, the calculation of the billing line amount is not as expected. The problem only occurs when the subscription has a start date at the end of the month (the 29th here for example).
By changing the start date by example 01/01/21, the issue does not appear.
The annual amount of 12,000 is not split equally each month, in this case, 1000 for each bill line.


The customer expects to have 1000 for each period.

1. Go to Subscription, create a subscription
2. Create a subscription and add a product with :
a. a start on the 29/11/22
b. Term: 1 year
c. Billing frequency month
3. Add a price ( 12 000/year)
