Goal

When running the Transfer to HR Process, there is a compensation component that is posting on the employees record as a $0.00 amount. This specifically is the Lump Sum component within the Workforce Compensation Plan, which is posted as an element. Expect that the element is not posted to the employees record at all if there is no award given.
