Billlines for contracts created with Import template not getting interfaced to AR
The Bill lines within Subscription Management for contracts that are created using import templates (Converted from Legacy system) are not getting interfaced to AR. I have attached the log file for your reference.The bill lines are getting interfaced for other contracts normally in the instance.

Bill Lines created by import to be interfaced to AR
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create bill lines by import
2. Try to interface those bill lines
3. The bill lines are not interfaced
