Last updated on OCTOBER 20, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Subscription Management Cloud Service - Version 11.13.22.04.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Integration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For subscriptions created through OM, the end date is taken from the last product line and not from the product line with the farthest end date.

For example: Have 2 product lines:

  1. With end date 7/20/23 and
  2. With end date 7/22/22   --> Subscription is taking this end date instead of the farthest one.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The subscription should take the farthest end date of the product lines (eg. 7/20/23).
