The application does not create a Credit Memo line when asset is closed on a billed and expired Product
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Credit Memo line created when asset is closed
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The subscription with start date 01-Jan-2022 and end date 31-May-2022 is billed and goes into expired status.
2. Observe the product and covered asset also going into expired status.
3. Close the covered asset with close date as 3/17/2022.
4. The application does not create credit memo lines on billing lines after 3/17/2022.
