Symptoms

When user attempting to save a work order changes the following error occurs.

ERROR
Your changes were not saved because the work order was updated by another user. (WIE-4425587)

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. navigate to maintenance work order
2. Make changes and save
3. Error pops up.
