ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Oracle contract stuck in pending signature even after the parties signed the contract.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The contract must change to active status

Oracle contract stuck in pending signature even after the parties signed the contract. The contract ideally should have been in active status
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a contract - submit it for signature - all customers sign.
2. Review contract and it will show the contract in Pending Signature Status.
