Symptoms
When attempting to retrieve Contract Terms Download and Preview Data Model the following error occurs.

In-place customizations are not allowed on factory delivered content. Save your customizations in /shared/custom.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Download the data model by opening the data model "Contract Preview Sample Data Model" > Save as.
