Why Bill Adjustments are Not Getting Updated At Covered Level ? (Doc ID 2914414.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Bill Adjustment Amount not getting updated at covered level

Through groovy script we are updating Amount at product level using update a bill adjustment rest API. Amount at product level is getting updated but it is not reflecting at covered level.
Sometime back the amount at covered levels were getting updated on update of amount at product level but now it is not working.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Whenever an adjustment is applied at the summarized bill line level the same adjustment should be reflected at the Covered level as well.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Activate a Subscription
2. Add adjustments using customization at the summarized billing line level
