Symptoms
When attempting to import requisition by populating only the tab POR_REQ_HEADERS_INTERFACE_ALL within the FBDI template, the following error message appears.
The requisition can't be created because there are no requisition lines for the requisition header. There should be at least one line with a matching header key. Also verify the values provided for Import Source, Requisitioning BU, and Batch ID for processing the data.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate the FBDI template.
2. Import the template.
3. The process fails to create a request.
