Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Sales and Operations Planning

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Sales and operation plan the in-transit measure is placed in the wrong bucket when the lead time is greater than the bucket days.

Example :
Source org - M1
Destination org - M2
Transit time between M1 to M2 - 40 Days
Planning bucket is Month (Gregorian calendar)
Demand of 100 qty in M2 in Mar 2023
In plan output, the intransit measure for org M2 shows 100 in Feb 2023 bucket, that is it is placed in the bucket where it is shipped. This also leads to wrong interpretation of the projected available balance
Expectation is that the intransit for M2 shown in Mar 2023 where it is due to be received

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Intransit should be placed in the bucket where the it is due

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run sales and operation plan
2. View the intransit measure in material plan
