Collection in net change mode from launch Collections from *** middleware(3rd party system) ends in error

ORA-04021: timeout occurred while waiting to lock object FUSION.MLOG$_EGP_ITEM_ORG_ASSOCIATIONS


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. launch Collections from *** middleware(3rd party system) with net change mode for all entities
2. Ends in error
