Goal

User is not able to update Receipt Routing while receiving RMA in the 'Receive Expected Shipment’ UI as well as Receive Item UI. It it grayed out.

Requirement is to not inspect all the RMAs while receiving. However, receipt routing is not editable while receiving and receipt routing is not defaulted from the item setup.
