Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

--------------------------

Receiving the below error when trying to close subscription

You can't perform the CLOSE operation because either the subscription is in Active state or your transition condition couldn't be fulfilled

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

--------------------------

Ability for users to close subscriptions

 

STEPS

--------------------------

1. Navigate to Subscription Management

2. Select subscription

3. Try to close it -> the mentioned error is received
