Date Format In BIP Report (Doc ID 2923426.1)

Goal

We are trying to change the date format of some specific date columns in the BIP report. The format we are trying is 'DD-Mon-YYYY' example: "01-Jan-2022". Despite of providing the format, why is the report always displaying "DD-MM-YYY"?
