Unable To View The Export Download File When Submitting Exports From Export Management (Doc ID 2924748.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, Import

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Export process is performed and completed, but there's no Export download file.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After the export process is completed, there must be a download file.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Export Management - create a New Export activity.
2. Give it a name - select an Object enter a Filter - click next - Submit
3. The export finishes and there should be a file to be downloaded.
