Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, Data Load

When attempting to update Assignment Work Measure via HDL,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"The AssignmentWorkMeasure object AssignmentId attribute value is 100,000,000,197,235 and doesn't match the parent BaseWorkerAssignment object expected value 100,000,008,744,717."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Data Exchange
2. HCM Data Loader / Import and Load Data
3. Import File / Import Local File / Browse- select zip -click submit
