Subscription Total Contract Value Is Getting Duplicated (Doc ID 2926984.1)

On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, Pricing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Total Contract Value of the Subscription is getting duplicated when converting subscriptions.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Total Contract Value should not be duplicated.

STEPS
-----------------------

1) Import subscription with Total Contract Value as Null
2) Import Covered Levels
3) Import Covered Level Charge
4) Import the Subscription again with "GenerateBillingSchedule" = 'Y', up to here the total contract values are getting calculated correctly.
5) Product Charges are then imported.
6) Repeat step 4 and observe the Total Contract Value (TCV) being doubled
