When creating the worker using delivered REST API workers are not created due to validation check on LAST NAME. In this scenario the data has same LAST NAME for all workers.
Goal
Workers are not getting created as the LAST NAME is same for all records. Validation on the name is restricting the data upload.
When the Person Duplicate Check validation is set to None, the Person Duplicate Check will not gets triggered and the creating of workers using the REST API will completes to success
