ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Enter Requisition Lines
All new requisition lines are being added to an existent/already processed requisition.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
New lines to be added to a new requisition.
STEPS
-----------------------
Requisition was processed as follows
1. Requisition was created, agreement associated, approved
2. User was able to edit the requisition after submission
3. Purchase Order was created, submitted, approved
4. Receipts were created/reversed
5. Purchase Order/Requisition were cancelled
6. After this procedure every new requisition line is created against the same requisition
